Today is my 6th wedding anniversary, so this vlog that was filmed last night is all you'll be seeing or hearing from me today.  You'll want to watch this one, though.  Please pardon the damp hair and book avalanche that occurs.  Honestly, if it can happen, it will where I'm concerned!  Anyway, I've got some great stuff to share, so I hope you'll check it out!  Be sure to leave me your mailbox links so I can come visit you all on Monday!

Happy Easter, everyone!  If you follow me on Twitter, you may know about my bad weekend.  I was sick for most of the day Saturday and, unfortunately, had to go to the ER.  I didn't get home until 5 AM on Sunday morning, from which time I proceeded to sleep for most of the day, so please pardon my general loopiness.  However, I do have something great to tell you about, so I'll do my best to pull through with a vlog.

Happy New Year!  Yes, it's actually me, doing an IMM vlog!  I haven't even done IMM in 3 weeks, so I thought I was more than overdue for one.  I've got a few review books to share, some gifts, and a scary amount of books and ebooks that I bought cheaply thanks to gift cards. I also have a couple of gifts that I received in a lovely Christmas box from DJL.  I am hoping that I manage to keep this vlog under 10 minutes.  What do you think?  Can I do it?

I have had a pretty awesome week, blog-wise.  First off, how do you like my new design from Lori at Imagination Designs?  Second, I received a much-welcomed review book in the mail this week... in a shiny silver package!  Third, my birthday was on Thursday, so I am currently running another giveaway (see the details HERE, if you haven't already).  Finally, I got some ebook goodies on my Nook this week of both the Netgalley and Nook book variety.  All in all, it has been a pretty satisfying week.

Hello, hello!  It's been a few weeks since my last vlog, but here I am with another one.  Pardon me if I'm a little rusty.  It's been a crazy couple of weeks, so I am glad to finally get to do another IMM post at last.  I'm not editing the film this week, as I've not had the best of luck with computer programs today.  As such, I've included release dates & publisher info in the list below.  This week is going to be a good one, as my birthday is coming up, my Bump in the Night giveaway ends, and my new blog design will go live!  I hope you all will love it just as much as I do.  Many thanks to Lori from Imagination Designs for doing such a great job.  Now on to what you're probably waiting for... the books!

It's time for another IMM vlog.  This week, I have *drumroll* BIRTHDAY BOOKS!  It's a month early, but dear old Dad knows how much I love to read, so he gave me my present early, which was book money.  My mom's big gift to me is the final payment toward my blog design.  Do they know me, or do they know me?  I've also got a few nice Netgalley acquisitions to share, which I am VERY excited about.  Here we go!

It's been a lively week here on the blog thanks to my Halloween event.  Tomorrow is the big day, so I thought I would liven things up and film my vlog in my Halloween costume.  It's book-inspired, so I challenge you to guess who I am supposed to be.

Well, folks, I'm afraid that I just had a bit too much to say this week. I had to split my vlog into 2 sections just so I could upload them to Youtube. Forgive me? Part 1 contains the books I bought, while part 2 contains eBooks, Netgalley books, & books signed at The Southern Festival of Books. I'm also trying a new sign-off, so let me know if you think it sounds dorky. Oh, and though I usually add links to the books, that will have to wait for now. It took so long to edit my vlog that it has gotten very late.

In My Mailbox is a weekly meme from The Story Siren where you can share your new acquisitions. They can come from anywhere: through the mail, via the library, purchased from a store, or downloaded as ebooks. It's up to you!

It's the end of another long week, but today was so worth the wait.  As I type this, it is the night of October 1, the weather was cool all day, and there is a definitely chill in the air tonight.  This makes me very content.  Now, if only my daughter would go to bed so I can get some work done.  I have some fun books this week, probably more than I should have, but it is going to be getting better.  My poor husband has come over to the dark side, as I like to joke, and has started bragging to his professor about how much I have read this year.  I guess he has decided to go by the old adage, "If you can't beat them, join them!"

ETA: Change of plan.  I'm not going out of town until next weekend.  ::sighs::

I'm back with the vlog magic this week, though I probably would have been better off not talking so much. Behold! You can just hear the beginning edge of my spectacular sinusitis-induced impression of Marge Simpson! Oh, well. I missed putting a vlog together last week, so here I am. I have quite a few to share this week, so sit back, grab a drink, and take a gander at what I have to share this week!

I am back, and boy, do I have a lot of books to share. Actually, judging by the stack of books that I have sitting next to me, I may have a bit of a problem. How can I resist, though? They're books! If I could, I would have an entire library room in my apartment. In any case, prepare yourselves. There are a lot of books in my vlog today, though I managed to keep the post under 6 minutes (having a squirmy 2 year old on my lap helped immensely). I am, however, having a very Lorelai Gilmore kind of morning, meaning that I'm oddly dressed (10 points if you get the episode reference) and very chatty. Ready? Let's go!

I've got a nice mix of books this week. I have books that I bought, books I received as gifts, a book I won, books for review, and books that I already owned but had signed recently. This is two weeks' worth of books, so this will take a bit more time than usual. Also, I hope you'll pardon my lameness and gushing today. ;) Thanks for bearing with me!

ETA: I don't know why I said "epilogue" when I was, in fact, referring to the prologue. I'll blame it on the lack of caffeine.
