Book Blogger Hop: March 18 - March 21

Book Blogger Hop

The Book Blogger Hop is a weekly event hosted by Crazy-For-Books. It is a way for book bloggers to connect and discover new blogs they might enjoy.

Every week there is a new question. This week, the question is:

"Do you read only one book at a time, or do you have several going at once?"

I think that for me the answer to this question changes on a month-to-month basis. There are some months that I only read a single book at a time. Lately, I've been working on three at a time. I am reading one for a challenge (Jane and the Unpleasantness at Scargrave Manner); one for a class (The English Language: A Historical Introduction); and one for personal gratification (The Mysteries of Udolpho), though it is being stretched out over a long period of time.

  3. Happy Blog Hop!

I totally get reading more than one book at a time if you have challenges and classes and stuff. Just makes good sense!

LOVE that you're reading The Mysteries of Udolpho BTW, I need to get around to finding a copy!

  11. I've learned that if I want to juggle books, they better be very different from each other. Like I can't read two mysteries at the same time since I'll just mix things up.
